- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never using UPS again after this store interaction Had wheels and tires shipped through these guys and they assisted me in packing the items. When the items arrived damaged, UPS denied my claim and the store owner began to be very rude and yell at me as I asked questions. Not only did they deny assisting me in packing but they never once advised that, the way we packed the wheels would make them ineligible for for any compensation if they were damaged. I will gladly take my business elsewhere as these guys have no desire to help the customer.By Jordan McNair, April 16, 2017
