  Julia Miller was recommended to me by a friend from work. My income is very low, and my tax return, that I previously did through turbotax, should have been very easy. However, it took her more than half a year to do a second look amended tax return, and a current tax return. I visited her in her office numerous times, asking if the documents were complete, or if anything is missing. I made numerous phone calls, that were often not returned. She told me several times, that my tax returns would be ready soon. Instead of giving me a list of all items that were missing right at the beginning, she always came up with new things. During some of my visits to her office, she kept asking me the same questions over and over, so that I wondered, if she was not listening to me, or if she forgets easily. I also had the impression as if she had lost the overview of what was in my file. At the end I had to pay about $ 470 in total for both tax returns. When I told my friend that I wasn't satisfied at all, he thought he might have been treated better because of his high income.
