  There service sucks. They charge to much for stuff that isn't worth it. There kinda rude and definitely do not buy any video games like ps4 they are all damaged.

  Not sure what to say to those who gave this location a good review! I wish I could say the same. My visit there today was horrible! I work in retail and customer service is key! No one spoke when I walked through the door and they continued their conversation amongst each other while I was there. When it came to negotiating the amount I could get for my loan the guy seemed to not even be interested in what I was talking about.... He just went on His little way like I didn't matter! So overall I rate this place to be horrible with customer service. I could live next door to this place and wouldn't go back..... Ijs!

  Pete bouggt me a ring here and it didnt fit so i took it back and the saleslady (Karleshia Washington) assisted me and i left pleased with another ring. Thursday night i noticed a stone missing. Friday i went back fully expecting to be disappointed but I'll have u know that was not the case. The same saleslady not only accomodated me with smile and respect... She calmed my nerves..me thinking all this was an omen. She told me, dont trip, get married... 3rd ring is the charm. I left with a new ring and a new found faith in people. There needs to be more employees like Karleshia in this world. Thank you karleshia and max's pawn shop. I will always do business here.

  Always the best place to go. Great staff and everyone has a great attitude there. Just glad to find a friendly place here in bossier and shreveport
